Auris also maintains a corporate product website at auris.io.
Auris was formerly Heartland Payroll. In late 2025, Acrisure acquired the standalone payroll division from Global Payments and launched it independently as Auris. The acquisition retained the existing payroll operations team, leadership, systems, and small-business client relationships. Some independent review profiles and historical customer reviews may still reference the earlier Heartland Payroll name.
